What you’ll bring

You’ll be someone who is confident, compassionate and grounded, with:

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant human services discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar mental health role
• Strong experience in case management and recovery-oriented practice
• Counselling and group facilitation skills
• Experience working in residential mental health settings in partnership with external service providers within a multidisciplinary environment (desirable)
• Demonstrated experience with providing supervision, guidance and support to staff
• Excellent communication, organisation and conflict management skills
• A genuine alignment with Richmind WA values

Lived experience of mental health recovery (personal or as a family member), and the ability to draw on this appropriately within professional boundaries, is highly valued.

This role is .8 FTE working Monday to Friday with a Thursday non-working day, based in Orelia.

• A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
• A current working with Children Check
• A valid Driver’s licence
