We’re looking for a highly organised Quality and Compliance Administrator to join our Quality, Governance and Risk team. In this vital role, you’ll help keep our systems running smoothly, ensuring Richmind WA continues to meet legislative, regulatory, and quality standards.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining a variety of compliance and risk registers, supporting internal audits, and managing key documentation. You’ll also assist with accreditation processes, monitor policy updates, and support internal communication around continuous improvement activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering internal audits and updating audit registers
- Monitoring legislative compliance and privacy documentation
- Coordinating feedback and complaints tracking
- Supporting policy and procedure meetings and document control
- Assisting with preparation for external audits and maintaining audit calendars
- Supporting system administration within our Quality Management System
- Providing administrative support to the Care Governance Committee and other key functions

About You
What you will bring to the role:
- A current National Police Clearance (under 6 months), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and driver’s licence.
- Solid administration experience and confidence using Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- Great with people—you know how to collaborate, influence, and get things done.
- Super organised, detail-focused, and reliable.
- Lived experience of mental health recovery or as family members of people with a lived experience of recovery is desirable.
- Positive attitude towards people experiencing mental distress and the ability to live RW values in all workplace tasks and interactions.
This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, with flexibility around which days are worked - Friday is the only required day. This role is based in Cannington.
