At Richmind WA, our HeART & Soul program is transforming creative therapy, connecting people through workshops, exhibitions, and community art initiatives. We’re looking for a Program Administrator who can bring structure, energy, and a love of the arts to help this program flourish.
Why this role matters:
You’ll be the heartbeat behind workshops, exhibitions, and volunteer artist programs — ensuring everything runs smoothly so participants and artists can focus on what matters most: healing,creativity, and connection. Your work will directly support recovery outcomes and community engagement.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate venues, events, and workshops from setup to pack-down.
Manage participant registrations, communications, and attendance.
Support marketing, social media, and promotion to increase community reach.
Help grow fundraising opportunities, grants, and art sales.
Coordinate the Volunteer Artists in Residence (VAIR) program, mentoring and onboarding artists.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program outcomes.
Who you are:
Highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
Experienced in administration, events, or program coordination.
Communicative and able to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
Passionate about arts, community programs, or creative recovery.
