It takes courage to meet people where they are — and walk beside them.
You’re not the type to sit behind a desk. You believe real change happens in real moments, in a driveway, at a park bench, in a living room. You believe in showing up. In listening without judgement. In helping people take back control of their lives, one goal at a time.
At Richmind WA, we see the strength in walking alongside someone through uncertainty, trauma, or mental distress. If you do too, and you're ready to build a career with purpose, this could be your next step.
