What You Will Do
Lead, support, and develop a team providing daily recovery-oriented care in a residential setting
Ensure compliance with legislation, funding, and organisational standards, setting benchmarks for excellence
Collaborate closely with Aboriginal Elders, local agencies, and community leaders to embed cultural respect and connection in everything we do
Drive continuous improvement through innovation, safety leadership, and quality assurance initiatives
Manage resources and budgets with transparency and efficiency
Be the trusted leader who supports staff wellbeing, growth, and critical incident response
Champion the values of Richmind WA and our commitment to reconciliation and inclusion
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
You bring proven leadership experience in community or mental health services, ideally in remote or regional areas
You understand the importance of culturally secure practice and have experience working respectfully with Aboriginal communities
Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills help you build trust and foster collaboration
You have relevant qualifications in social work, community services, health management, or similar fields
You hold the necessary certifications and clearances (Police Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR, Driver’s Licence)
You’re passionate about driving positive change and making a meaningful difference in the Pilbara
