Why this role matters:
As our Talent & Learning Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting and developing the best people to join our mission. You’ll support recruitment, coordinate learning initiatives, and ensure our teams have access to the tools, training, and guidance they need to thrive. Your work will directly impact how we onboard, develop, and retain talented employees who are shaping mental wellbeing across WA.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support end-to-end recruitment processes, helping attract diverse and skilled talent. Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes to create a seamless experience for new team members.
  • Learning & Development: Manage our internal Learning Management System, coordinate training calendars, and develop engaging online learning content. Facilitate training needs analysis and continuous improvement of our learning programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate training compliance records and provide insightful reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Talent & Workforce Support: Assist with workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and the coordination of student and volunteer programs.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment and adult learning principles
  • Proficiency in HRIS/LMS systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reporting & Employment

This is a full-time role based in Cannington within the People & Capability team, reporting to the Talent & Learning Lead. Pre-employment checks apply, including a National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Screening Check.
