Our client management system underpins everything we do, from frontline service delivery to compliance, reporting and strategic decision-making.

As our Senior Systems Analyst – Salesforce & Platforms, you will:

  • Own and optimise our Salesforce/Lumary Connect environment
  • Maintain operational stability and reporting integrity
  • Lead the technical evaluation of a proof-of-concept client management system
  • Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to executive and Board

This is not a maintenance-only role. This is a platform-defining role.

Approximately 30–40% BAU system operations, and 60–70% project delivery and evaluation — balancing today’s performance with tomorrow’s direction.

What you’ll be doing

Salesforce & Platform Ownership

  • Administer, configure and optimise Salesforce/Lumary Connect, and other enterprise platforms
  • Build workflows, automation, data models, dashboards and reporting
  • Monitor performance, scalability and platform health
  • Maintain strong documentation and configuration discipline
  • Identify technical debt and long-term risks

Business-as-Usual Operations

  • Develop operational and management reporting
  • Support onboarding/offboarding system configuration
  • Maintain and optimise NDIS claims workflows
  • Respond to system support requests
  • Improve user experience and data integrity

Proof of Concept & Technical Evaluation

  • Design and configure a proof-of-concept client management system
  • Prototype workflows, data structures and integrations
  • Conduct structured comparison against functional and non-functional requirements
  • Identify strengths, trade-offs and long-term implications
  • Provide objective, evidence-based technical briefing inputs
  • Professional objectivity and ability to provide unbiased recommendation is essential.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who this role is for

You might be the right person if you:

  • Have 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience
  • Have configured flows, automation, objects, integrations and reporting
  • Understand Lumary or similar sector-specific overlays (highly regarded)
  • Have evaluated or selected enterprise systems before
  • Think in both functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, compliance)
  • Balance detail with big-picture thinking
  • Hold high standards and don’t cut corners
  • Can operate confidently in ambiguity

Highly desirable:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification
  • Experience implementing or migrating client management systems
  • Power Platform experience
  • Experience in community services, NDIS or health

This is a full-time role based in Cannington within the Systems and IT Team, reporting to the General Manager Technology. Pre-employment checks apply, including a National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s Licence, and NDIS Screening Check.
