Service Attendant – Karratha

As a Service Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a space where residents feel safe, comfortable and supported in their day-to-day lives.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same, but you’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the site
- Managing laundry services for residents and the facility
- Cleaning resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms and offices
- Keeping kitchens and shared spaces hygienic and well-stocked
- Supporting residents with daily living skills like cleaning and laundry
- Monitoring and maintaining cleaning supplies and stock levels
- Contributing to a safe and healthy work environment
What you’ll bring
You don’t need to tick every box — but you’ll be someone who:
- Takes pride in creating clean and organised spaces
- Works well in a team and communicates effectively
- Has experience in cleaning, laundry or similar roles (desirable)
- Understands infection control and safe work practices
- Respects confidentiality, dignity and personal boundaries
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude
- Has an interest in supporting people experiencing mental health challenges
- Lived experience of mental health recovery (personally or as a carer) is highly valued.

- National Police Clearance
- Valid WA Driver’s Licence
- Working with Children Check

This role is part-time working Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
